These terms govern your use of StudyAhead. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Written in plain English — if anything here is unclear, contact us (see Support) before you rely on it.

What StudyAhead does

You give StudyAhead an exam date, how much material you have to cover, and how confident you feel. The app runs a deterministic scheduling algorithm — not an AI model — to produce a dated study plan, and lets you start timed study sessions against it, track streaks, and earn badges and XP as you go.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
• The information you give us when creating an account (email, optional display name) should be accurate.
• One account per person. Don't share your login with others.

Your content

Everything you enter — exam details, notes, session history — belongs to you. We store it to run the app and show it back to you; we don't publish it, share it with other users, or use it to train any model. You can delete it at any time by deleting your account.

Subscriptions

StudyAhead has a free tier that never expires: it supports one active exam at a time, with full access to study sessions, streaks, and progress tracking. StudyAhead Pro removes that limit and unlocks additional features, billed monthly or annually.

• Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly.
• Where offered, a free trial is provided by the App Store or Play Store as an introductory offer on the subscription itself.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple or Google account settings — not inside the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we don't process payments or refunds ourselves.

Acceptable use

Use StudyAhead only for its intended purpose of planning and tracking your own studying. Don't attempt to interfere with the app's operation, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer

StudyAhead helps you plan and track study time; it does not guarantee any exam outcome or grade. The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, which is permanent. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top.
